Very clean, modern and stunning place to live. It feels like a hotel and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The amenities are great as well. The surrounding Tempe apartments were around this price, and after my tour I couldn’t justify what I would be paying for them after touring here! The finishes don’t look cheap and actually feel luxurious compared to the surrounding other apartment complexes “luxury” finishes. This one in the 1 bedroom also had a connecting bathroom which the others did... not which was a plus for me.

Don and Philip are always excellent at their work. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, no more than two days pass before everything is completed perfectly. They are very fast, professional, and always kind. I truly appreciate their efficiency and the quality of their work.

Love the community events they put on and everything is always so clean. The gym is my favorite amenity since it’s right downstairs and has lots of equipment.
