Overall I am loving the community, it's nice to have an app where we can make posts, friendly staff and clean private places like the pool or gym. My dog approves too, he loves the dog park and the place in general.

Admirals Cove has been an amazing place to live! With its huge landscaped green spaces, Walking paths, pool, BBQ’s, and gym, we really love living here. The best part of the whole place is the staff though! Jess, Italy, and Eduardo have all been so kind and helpful even when we had to change our move-in date, or change what townhome we had to rent, they were always willing to work with us! It’s so nice to be able to deal with people face to face vs through an app or email, we really love... everything about the property! It’s been such a great experience moving here!

Poor management, constant theft, and false positive ratings

Horrible management that doesn't respond to any emails you send. I had someone in the office make multiple mistakes and I thought that speaking to the manager would help clarify my concerns. Nope! I was yelled at and berated instead. The people running this are beyond horrible and it is the worst management I've dealt with in my 15 years of renting.

To top it off, your mail is constantly stolen here and management refuses to even acknowledge the issue. We have spoken to the sheriff's office and... they are in communication with the front office, but the front office won't admit or do anything to curb the issue.

Regarding ratings, they have held several campaigns to falsely boost apartment reviews to attract more renters. I would strongly encourage people interested in this complex to read all reviews.
