So all the maintenance workers at Asher are really great and professional. I’ve never really had any issues with them in the six years that I’ve been here. The office staff is great and professional. To be honest, the only issue is really with the manager and lack of communication. For example, there’s been construction on the roof rooftop doing solar panels and they sent us out an email on July 16 stating that they will be doing construction over the next two weeks and there may be some loud... noises. And if the work would go beyond that date, they would let us know. Unfortunately, the construction was still going on on the rooftop for the whole month of August as well, and we never had another email updating us about the length of it. It was just more of a surprise waking up too loud drilling sounds that you could hear inside your apartments and banging sounds. So just the lack of communication is crucial over here.

Regarding the rooftop work... , we did have an emergency overnight repair that required immediate attention. The issue involved the roof of only one unit, and because it needed to be addressed right away, we were unable to provide advance notice to residents before the emergency work took place.
For scheduled repairs and projects, we do send notices to residents regarding upcoming work and will continue to do so. We understand how important communication is, especially when work may result in noise or disruption, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We will continue to provide updates and notices for scheduled work as we have always done.
