Great location very close to beach on San Francisco Bay, with great views of Bay Bridge and San Francisco. Straight shot by car or bike down Shoreline Dr to South Shore Center, which has a number of stores, banks, and places to eat. Considering how many apartments are in the complex, it is relatively quiet. Lots of closet space and cabinet space in the 2 bedroom/2 bath units.

I chose south shore mainly for it’s location and proximity to the beach. Amenities are beautiful, but parking facility is pathetic!!!! Staff is helpful but there are delays in communication. Apartment was clean n well maintained except for dishwasher which needed maintenance. Blinds are the worst. The gaps between them clearly interrupt privacy.

We are sorry, however, that the parking facilities, communication delays, dishwasher issue, and window blinds have affected your experience. We understand that privacy is important, and gaps in the blinds are a valid concern. Please know that our parking program is currently being revised to improve the overall parking experience for our residents.

South Shore is a lovely place to live. It's quiet, coastal and community centric. The amenities are inviting and generous and the management team is warm, helpful and accommodating. It's quintessential beach living at it's best!

Cleanliness of community needs to be up-kept. Leasing elevator has been out for almost a year now, so getting heavy packages in and out of the mail room has been a hassle. I've seen residents hurt themselves because of this. Not really ADA compliant, and haven't been able to use the Clubhouse due to the elevator being broken. Was told a ramp would be built to help with ADA to the leasing office/package room, but this hasn't happened either. Other than that, new leasing team seems to be handling... things with priority now, so hopefully that continues.

Thank you for an incredible experience at South Shore. I have appreciated the beautiful mature trees and tropical foliage. Coming home has felt like being at a resort. There is a great sense of community. I would love to thank Jet for providing such a smooth process for my move in.
