Just moved in last month but so far the community is great, well maintained. I have been noticing a few upgrades, such as new EV parking stations!

Warning to all that want peace of mind

Lived here and it was a nightmare!. Beware of mold in apartments!!. They do a very poor cleaning job when you are moving in and when asked to take care of it they take a long time to do so. Their maintenance on items now takes a couple of days, and you have to keep reminding/following up with them. Property managers are not communicative and it shows it all comes from the top.

So far management at the Dutton apartments has met my expectations. All my issues are promptly taking care of. The rent for a two bedroom and 2 baths is affordable and the grounds are well kept. I would like to renew my lease here in the near future.
