0/5 Stars – Absolutely Terrible Experience

Living at The Dutton has been the absolute worst. From day one, management has done nothing but harass residents, and the leasing office staff—specifically the assistant manager, Maria, and admin, Daisy—have complete incompetency when it comes to running this property. They simply have no idea what they are doing.

To make matters worse, they constantly hit you with hidden fees. When you ask for an itemized list or explanation of what you are actually being charged for, they act clueless and... treat you like you are the one wasting their time instead of answering simple questions.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend living at The Dutton to my worst enemy.

The management team is very responsible and responsive to day-to-day requests, such as helping communicate with neighbors, arranging repairs, or addressing pest-control issues. When a maintenance issue can be handled by the on-site staff, it is often taken care of very quickly. This level of responsiveness has made a significant positive difference in our overall satisfaction with living here.
However, as with many apartment communities, pest issues can sometimes be difficult to eliminate... completely. In addition, parking for a second vehicle can be limited. These are factors that prospective residents may want to take into consideration when deciding whether this community is the right fit for them.
