Staff in the office need better training in managing as many units as there are at The Dutton. Also, don't appreciate how poorly management handled a towing situation that happened to my car, and later followed all of the necessary precautions they chose not to take with my situation AFTER I mentioned they didn't do such

I’ve been living here for a few years now I’ve never had any issues. The property is kept very clean. It’s usually pretty quiet around here on my end of the building. The employees are very helpful and very kind.

The grounds at the Dutton look terrific, painting done, parking lot spaces completed, flowers coming in, trees pruned and kept tidy. My new lease has been turned in, looking forward to Spring!
