No longer the same
Promenade Terrace used to be a nice place, this is in the sense of the property and staff. Sure they've done remodeling around the complex. But have ignored the tenants complaints and requests. The focus has been more on the front of the property and have forgotten about the tenants that live in the upper section of the property by the dog park. Failed communication on broken mailboxes, if and when they will be fixed. Where we once had grass, has nothing but dirt, where we once had working... lights down the pathways are now dark pathways with safety concerns. Drivers speed through as if this is a freeway, when there are kids around playing outside. Staff lacks communication, empathy versus ego.

The community is nice looking. I have only been here for little over a month. There have been a few maintenance issues that I having difficulty getting addressed.
