Virtual tour Brandon did an excellent job walking me through apartment options and answering my questions. Being 300 miles away, it gave me a real sense of being there. Great experience.

Don’t live here, save your time and money. No parking, over crowded=loud, walls and floors are thin, infested with bugs and they’ll blame you and walk around every situation with no actual solution, the water is off every other week and your rent will go up every year by $2-300

lived here during the switch of management from Alvista to The Circle. when we asked to add people on the lease, they made us go to a notary with a useless, raggedy looking "contract" that looked as if they typed it out in 3 min on google docs. had a termite infestation and management had the audacity to say they were ANTS! exterminator showed up a month later and did nothing. had loud construction that would wake us every morning and the water shut offs 4 times a week for 8-10 HOURS made it... even better

Ignore the old/bad reviews.. This place was a great college experience!
I lived here for 3 years and I highly recommend it! There is new owners of the place and they are upgrading the place like crazy! You should get in now before the rent prices match what you are getting. I'm honestly pretty bummed I moved out but when I did they made the process painless. Ask for Crystal, she is a awesome manager!
Tip: You can have a party with music playing pretty loud and as long as you turn on the wall... A/C, the slight humming/vibrations(normal A/C stuff) will completely stop the sound from leaving the Apt.
One of the upgrades they are doing is new windows, which will also help with sound/insulation.
People are going to have problems anywhere they live but if this place is in your budget, don't hesitate... this is the place to live.
