Stove Issue Fixed! Our stove was giving us issues where the stove would overheat that ended up causing a burn on the arm. Maintenance came and changed it for a new one.

Janet is awesome! We moved in so quickly and easily thanks to Janet’s help, and the complex is clearly well taken care of. Thank Park Plaza team!

We have been living here for almost 4 yrs and we couldn't be happier. The property is well maintained, the staff at the office is always very welcoming and extremely helpful. Living here truly makes coming home, the best part of our day :)

I am currently writing this in the darkness due to the second power outage today, about half a mile away from my car (because they decided to do road work in the parking lot without telling anyone until the day before) Here are but a few things you’ll look forward to if you decide to live here:
- frequent power outages just as the leasing office conveniently takes a 3 hour lunch
- the morning ritual leaf blowing at 8am, followed by the daily Lawn mowing at 10am followed by the second leaf... blowing at 2pm
- sewage water from the Santa Ana river randomly appearing in your sink at 8pm which you need a rock to block from flooding your kitchen
- the Laundry app not working until the 5th attempt you try to do your laundry
- a line of people trying to get in the apartment complex that don’t live here (I know this because they don’t have the key to open the lot gate)
- car lifts that randomly stop working sometimes when your car is lifted up
- having to submit multiple work orders for the same problem as the maintenance staff “forgot” about your work order
Forgive me as I may have forgotten some things given how many awful experiences I’ve had living here. The leasing staff here couldn’t care less about their job or your living situation. I highly recommend you don’t live here, to the point where I tell people who I see touring to not live here as the staff tries to make the place look better then it seems. On the positve side, the complex sit within 1/2 mile of the South Coast Shopping Center and is near other stores (like Von's), it is qlso very close to restaraunts. The parking situation in a small area is solved by utilization of lifts - 2 cars share one parking space by stacking one over the other. On the down side, maintenance is slow in responding to maintenance requests including Periodic Maintenance on things like the lifts and necessary repairs in the apartment units. There is also the... issue with cocroaches which they seem to take with little concern. There is no place for children to safely play and the 5 MPH in the parking area is unenfoced (which can be very dangerous for both pedestrians and other drivers). The 2 pools and 2 spas are nice but often times the back one is closed. It also seems that they are constantly raising the rent, but nothing improves when they do raise the rent. Read More
