Would Recommend

I've stayed at this complex for almost a year now and I have had great experiences with the building staff! The structure itself has seen better days but everything inside the building has been renovated. Floor plans are really spacious, and pricing is somewhat reasonable comparing to other apartments with similar amenities in the area.
If you are apartment hunting I will suggest reading more reviews before you sign because that's how I decided on this place, and I'm glad I did my research! 8... .5/10 would recommend living here.

Marie, Bill, and Mark are absolutely amazing, especially Marie, who goes above and beyond. They made my move-in experience less stressful and easy. Maintenance is also great. The location is wonderful and my studio is very roomy.

Amazing Maintenance Staff

I have lived here for 5 years and I cannot rave enough how awesome our Service/Maintenance Supervisor Carlos. He and his staff respond to our service and maintenance request with great customer service and timely manner. He knows my family and makes sure that it is done the right way.
