I’ve been living here for about three months now, and honestly, I feel grateful every day that I found this place. The longer I live here, the more I appreciate it. It has actually turned out to be even better than I expected.

One of the biggest reasons is definitely the management and maintenance team, especially Victoria and Gillian. They are both incredibly easy to communicate with, and whenever I interact with them, I genuinely feel that they care about the residents and our needs. They are...
so warm, responsive, and thoughtful that sometimes it honestly feels like being taken care of by family.

Whenever I have a maintenance request, I simply submit it through the apartment’s app, and most issues are taken care of within 24 to 48 hours. It makes everyday life so easy and stress-free.

The location is another huge plus. It’s on a safe and convenient corner, and getting onto the freeway is very easy. I can walk to restaurants, salons, an ice cream shop, yoga studios, the post office, grocery stores, the DMV, and even the library. It’s also within walking distance of two BART stations — MacArthur and Rockridge — which makes getting around the Bay Area really convenient.

The apartment itself is relatively new, less than 10 years old, and it is extremely well maintained. Everything looks clean, fresh, and modern. I especially love the white color scheme throughout the property. It gives the whole place a bright, clean, and peaceful feeling.

Another thing I really appreciate is how quiet my floor is. There are only 14 units on each floor, so it never feels crowded or noisy. In fact, this is one of the tallest residential buildings in the neighborhood, which gives me an amazing view from my window. I can see the Berkeley Hills during the day, and at night, I sometimes just look out and see the bright moon shining over the hills. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful feeling.

The surroundings are also a big part of why I like living here. Right next to the apartment is a private high school and a residential neighborhood, so the area feels surprisingly quiet and peaceful, especially considering how convenient the location is. I also feel very safe here.

The apartment organizes resident events every month. Sometimes there’s a BBQ on the rooftop, sometimes a yoga class, and sometimes activities at the dog park. You can really see the effort the management puts into building a friendly community.

And since I’m vegetarian, they even make sure there are vegetaria

I like everything except the floors squeaking, no gym and no work space available.

It's a basic luxury apartment with housing shortage prices. Nice kitchen, decent outdoors space in a coveted location. They don't upcharge for things like the Logan but the rent is high without discounts. Neighbors seem like nice techie folks.

Greystar does not care about the tenants of this building. The 47 hundred on site staff seems to try to do what they can but it falls short.
