A very good choice
I have been at Brookside for almost a year and I have really enjoyed it as a place to live. My top two priorities were find a safe and quiet location. A family member found a unit in the back corner on the top floor and it’s been a very good fit. Maintenance is usually very on top of having things completed, which is really important to me. They have a AI robot that can take maintenance requests when needed, and I think that’s pretty cool. There was an issue with an excessive barking dog for a... lady that moved in below me and although it took time, which wasn’t property management’s fault, it was resolved. I was impressed that it was dealt with and really appreciate the Property Management for that. There are a lot of dogs barking but Management is very on top of how much barking it is. The only real minus is being down the street from Buchanan airport and having airplanes fly around, for flying lessons I think, 7 days a week and sometimes almost all day. Otherwise I am very pleased I chose this apartment complex. It is gated, safe, fairly quiet, and located near a few nice trails.I definitely recommend living here.
