I submitted a maintenance ticket mid morning and a pair of maintenance representatives arrived within 2 hours to address my concern with a washing machine leak. The gentleman were professional, thorough, identified the issue and even made a temporary fix because they had to order a part. I appreciate the timelines of them addressing our issue so we can continue using our machine while waiting for the part.

My experience I will not recommend living here until the management starts addressing the maintenance issues! Water has been shut off due to leaks at least 10 times! A man was shot on Christmas morning and no word from the office to make tenants aware, and this is not the first time when gun violence occurred twice shelter in place was recommended.
