Fiori Estates

We’ve been living at Fiori for almost 11 years. From day one we fell in love with the complex and the community. Apartments are beautiful and the outdoor spaces and amenities are perfect for us. There are lots of apartments in this area, but nothing beats Fiori Estates.

We have been living with Fiori's apartment almost 5 yers now. Our two dogs are very happy living here with us. The property management have been very nice and taking care really well with landscapes, trees, clean up and tidy up areas. Super friendly neighbors and professional people here. The best part nice swimming pool and hot tub available to use. We love t spend times at the gym here, not to crowed and perfect size. Hopefully they will fix those broken machines very soon. I absolutely love it here,10 year resident. At Fiori you and your family will be happy. They have beautiful scenic grounds with hammocks to lay on during the summer. They have great barbecue grills and a nice one at the pool. I absolutely love the amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi helped with sore muscles. The 24 hour gym is really good. It’s in close proximity to freeways, but also set back in its own gated community which makes you feel like you’re coming home to a sanctuary. You can relax at... after a hard day. Very nice place. We do have some noise from the exit and entry gate. The grounds and walking area for my dog are very nice. The front office has been very helpful with all are move in needs.

Fiori Estates is still the most amazing best complex in Sonoma County. Lived here for ten years (a decade). That says it all. Love the community events, dog park is great and it’s a beautiful scenic gated community. The 24 hour gym is so helpful for long days . The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing for swimming and help sore muscles so much. We also enjoy the game room and business center is helpful w the coffee machine.. The amenities days as I have mentioned previously here really are taught... notch and convenient for the residents and make this place amazing along with the beautiful scenic grounds amazing Office staff, Maurice Becca, Louise all do a great job quickly answering questions and fixing issues. Thank you. The groundskeeper Carlos keeps this place so beautiful that you will love it. Great flowers & trees w walking paths best spring colors -thank you for making it look so great & Kevin the maintenance person is amazing and answers questions and fixes things quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place so my entire family and pets enjoy this place. We all just love it here. I highly recommend to anybody looking for an apartment complex in the area. The apartments inside are roomy and large. -this place has air conditioning and vaulted ceilings. As for outside Imagine after a long day looking up from pool or hot tub staring at stars and being happy. Fiori is beautiful, - it’s like coming home to a sanctuary and you will enjoy where you live. Also the neighbors are great and the Community events that the complex puts on our top notch. Thank you to office staff. We love the community events. We also like that It’s a gated community and very safe. There are so many great things to say about Fiori . its great- highly recommended by its residents .
