Fiori Estates

Lived at Fiori Estates for 11 years. My family loves it here. It is just so beautiful and such an outstanding complex. The front office staff are outstanding and so helpful, the maintenance staff is spot on best i’ve ever experienced. Maurice, Becca, Louis, Kevin,Carlos & the new staff all make this an amazing place to call home. The grounds are beautiful with trees and flowers and walking paths. Fiori is also equipped with many barbecue grills throughout the property.. the amenities are... wonderful. I absolutely love the pool in the hot tub. It really saves my muscles on those hard days. Really appreciate the Community room with the games the computer printer and espresso machine. Thank you so much. The gym is 24 hours and has fantastic equipment. The location within a gated community in heart of Sonoma county Rohnert Park is great. The dog park and walking trails add an extra touch so the residents know they’re furry pet friends -animals love it here too. I have been so happy with building interior of my apartment. It’s so big it has giant vaulted ceilings and a huge bathtub. My cat and family are very happy with the air-conditioning. Thank you to the staff for making it a great community and home. Fiori has some fantastic apartments, though bear in mind some of the units are older than others; the older units having some awkward layouts (lots of doors, odd light switch placing, etc). Not a deal breaker, but the newer units are much better IMO.

If you have pets or like to walk about, the complex is probably the best I've seen with regards to having interesting plants and trees to traverse. It's honestly beautiful and well maintained, and I enjoyed walking my dog around the complex every... day.

The apartments support fiber internet through Sonic, which I can't praise highly enough. They are the best, and it's not close.

The pool, hot-tub, and gym are fine, though the hot-tub does break down frequently. They are still kept clean and usable, and the long-term residents are very pleasant and sociable.

The mailroom is secure, though deliveries can be a pain, since drivers (mainly UPS) both refuse to enter the front gate and refuse to notify you a package has arrived, so if you get frequent packages that require signing, you're going to want to work something out (avoid UPS).

Everything else about the apartment is basically what you'd expect. Hardwood floors and stone counters are lovely. Maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. Parking is difficult within the gated lot, but there is a lot of street parking around the complex. Read More

Beautiful place to live. Apartments are comfortable and grounds are lovely. Also quiet and feels safe. Nice they have events a few times a year.

We’ve been living at Fiori for almost 11 years. From day one we fell in love with the complex and the community. Apartments are beautiful and the outdoor spaces and amenities are perfect for us. There are lots of apartments in this area, but nothing beats Fiori Estates.
