Fiori Estates

Fiori Estates is still the most amazing best complex in Sonoma County. Lived here for ten years (a decade). That says it all. Love the community events, dog park is great and it’s a beautiful scenic gated community. The 24 hour gym is so helpful for long days . The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing for swimming and help sore muscles so much. We also enjoy the game room and business center is helpful w the coffee machine.. The amenities days as I have mentioned previously here really are taught... notch and convenient for the residents and make this place amazing along with the beautiful scenic grounds amazing Office staff, Maurice Becca, Louise all do a great job quickly answering questions and fixing issues. Thank you. The groundskeeper Carlos keeps this place so beautiful that you will love it. Great flowers & trees w walking paths best spring colors -thank you for making it look so great & Kevin the maintenance person is amazing and answers questions and fixes things quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place so my entire family and pets enjoy this place. We all just love it here. I highly recommend to anybody looking for an apartment complex in the area. The apartments inside are roomy and large. -this place has air conditioning and vaulted ceilings. As for outside Imagine after a long day looking up from pool or hot tub staring at stars and being happy. Fiori is beautiful, - it’s like coming home to a sanctuary and you will enjoy where you live. Also the neighbors are great and the Community events that the complex puts on our top notch. Thank you to office staff. We love the community events. We also like that It’s a gated community and very safe. There are so many great things to say about Fiori . its great- highly recommended by its residents .

Fiori Estates is an amazing scenic apartment complex that has everything your family would need. Highly recommend. A great gated safe community. Amenities are top notch and extremely helpful. The 24 hour gym, pool and jacuzzi have saved my sore muscles multiple times. The community events are amazing such as the yearly holiday party which is always fun. The complex has a dog park here and walking trails. The grounds are beautiful it’s like living in a resort. The complex has hammocks to lay... in to relax… Also for barbecue lovers the complex has grills on the property for cooking. The apartments are beautiful inside with giant vaulted, ceilings and big walk-in closets. The staff make this a great place to live .Maurice, Becca, Luise, Kevin, and new maintenance have all been very helpful. This complex is located in a good area and close to stores and roads. The bark areas are in need of more bark to be level with the cement. We pay for security but never see them. We can only reach them between certain hours, and you have to leave them a message. Why should we pay for this service when you can't use them? The garbage service is too expensive. People slam doors around here all hours of the night.
