Harbor Park

The office never returns phone calls and neither does the maintenance crew. Well, the maintenance crew has called us but they also often don’t return calls.
The maintenance crew doesn’t like to make appointments and we like to be home when someone is in our space.

The noise from outside, especially the car racing is an increasing issue. The construction is a big headache and we have constant issues with subs trucks blocking our cars.

We want to move due to noise and poor management.

It is beautiful to live here but there definitely is a lot that could be changed. I feel it does not cater to the residents only to the pockets of corporate entities.

Very peaceful, love the size and layout of the apartments! My dream kitchen and I love that i can close the door between the main living area and the bedrooms. I wish the advertised dog park and BBQ redident area was available, but there is new construction going on, and I will be happy when its back up and running!

I’m so glad I found out about harbor park. It’s exactly was I’ve been looking for. Quiet, safe community with friendly staff and perfect location. This feels like home ??

First time ever knowing about the apartments in 2023 when I applied for them. In 2025 I received a letter saying my family and I name came up on the waitlist. I was surprised because I had forgotten about it. Now my family and I have a 3bedroom 2 bath apartment. We are blessed. Ty to Harbor Park
