Recently moved into Park Crossing, I had an amazing experience with the property management. I mainly worked with Vanessa and she was super responsive and quickly introduced her counter part who would be assisting in her absence. I received clear and concise information the whole way through. Overall the move in experience was great!

So I just moved into my apartment and I really love it
but so far I haven’t been to the gym or pool yet because I have a busy schedule at work. Soon as I get some free time, I’m definitely going to try everything

I wouldn't recommend park crossing to anyone I know who is looking for an apartment near the area. Living here is not good. They have a very Poor maintenance service and very slow response to any concerns and issues. Clothes Dryer couldn’t even done it just a week. It’s been 2 weeks and no action done still. Very stressful and frustrating. Instead of doing laundry inside we are force to use our extra time to go out and do laundry. Wasted money and most especially wasted time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Park Crossing, we aim to address all work orders in a timely manner. When it comes to appliance-related issues, our maintenance team will always assess the equipment first and attempt repairs... before a replacement is ordered.
In situations where a replacement is necessary, we are dependent on our vendor’s delivery schedule, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. Once the appliance arrives, installation is completed on the same day along with the delivery vendor.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we value your input as it helps us continue improving our services.

I think Park Crossing is a great place to live overall. I truly love it here. The apartments are nice and spacious. I haven’t had too many maintenance requests, but when I do submit them, they are handled / completed in a timely manner. It is a pet friendly environment with pet stations in several places on the property. The complex does a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There has been a little bit of a change in the level of noise with the arrival of new residents since Park Crossing... started offering income based rentals. There is a bit of a stray cat problem but not too much of an issue unless you’re walking a dog. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live with less than a five minute drive to I-80, Highway 12 and local shopping centers. If you’re looking to move, come check out Park Crossing.

Love my unit and I, sincerely, appreciate management attempts to provide a comfortable living experience for all.
