1188 Mission at Trinity Place

I am sorry to say this, but I appreciate Trinity Management Services more now than before. We lost a security services guard, and our safety is at risk with people sleeping in the fire exit. Again, the parcels are being lost, and they have CCTV; they do not have time to review it to catch the culprit. I am counting on honesty rather than making excuses if we have any concerns, the Property Manager attends to our needs and complain than what we have now. Completely ignores our requests to meet... with him. Jose, the former Property Manager, is very sweet and solves the problem in an instant. 1188 Mission offers a great location, modern amenities, and convenient access to public transportation and neighborhood services. While my move-in experience presented several challenges, including communication delays, unanswered questions, unexplained move-in charges, and maintenance issues identified shortly after occupancy, I genuinely enjoy the apartment itself and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the community. I have a horrible experience I haven’t been here a month and I feel uncomfortable with quality of the staff

The location is great. The tenants are a good variety of people. The building itself is getting older but aren't we all. The management is a joke. If you get a deal on rent, it could be worth it. But the other Trinity Place buildings probably have better appliances.
