I currently don't recommend living at 1188 mission. Tenants can blast loud music any hours of the night and management would do absolutely nothing to mitigate the issue, except send out friendly reminders about quiet hours.

This place really sucks to live in. I don't like it here but I'm stuck here because the housing program I'm in won't let me move. You have too many rules on the lease that I have to follow. I don't feel comfortable in my own home anymore because I can't do things that I want to do to relax me. There's no smoking in the apartment but people can go to the package room and whip open packages and take whatever they want but we can't have a cigarette inside of our own home. That's pretty messed up. I... don't like to hear and I would move quickly if I could, but I can't. Do you guys really expect us to read a hundred pages to a lease? Nobody's going to do that. Anyway, you need to strengthen your security here and get better security guards that don't just sit here and sleep all day.

My experience living at Trinity Place since it opened in 2010 has been very positive. I feel a strong connection to the vibrant South of Market neighborhood, which offers a rich variety of galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops. I also enjoy the many cultural events in the area, such as the Folsom Street Fair, Dore Alley Fair, and San Francisco Pride—celebrations that bring food, live music, and joyful energy to multiple blocks, including the nearby Civic Center.
One of my favorite aspects of... living here is Piazza Angelo. It's a peaceful and beautifully designed space—perfect for relaxing, reading, or entertaining guests. Its size and open layout make it not only a welcoming communal area but also a convenient shortcut to and from the BART station.
Overall, Trinity Place offers a wonderful balance of community, culture, and comfort, and I truly value being part of it.
