How Is This Rating Determined?

Awfully beautiful!

Beautiful facility and some solid staff. Marred by shockingly uneven management and maintenance. Lease is 109 pages, full of insanity (including lots of stuff that is illegal, unconscionable and some that’s not even English), and management says take it or leave it. Taking weeks to respond even to what should be routine maintenance and to reasonable accommodation requests due to handicap. Like a key for a health aide, copy of the instructions for using the built-ins, e.g. programmable lighting... , grab bars and a movable shower-head since I have to sit to shower.

We’ve absolutely loved living at The Canyon! The building is always spotless — it’s clear the team takes great care of the property. The amenities are top-notch and thoughtfully maintained, which makes it easy to enjoy everything from working out to relaxing with neighbors. It’s also incredibly dog-friendly, which was a huge priority for us, and the residents here are so kind and welcoming. Anytime I’ve needed help, the maintenance team has been quick, professional, and super friendly.
