Great location, great staff, very clean building, and great amenities! Cant get better then that. Walking distance to downtown food, shopping and activities.

Vaya apartments are peaceful and have great amenities and monthly activities. The Managemnt is always quick to respond to questions and the building is clean and well maintained.

From the lease experience, to enjoying our new home with Vaya has been great. The apartment hallways are constantly clean and presentable. It's dog-friendly with the washing station and small dog park, but also, there's so many places to walk with my dog since it's in a convenient location. Love it here!

Nothing has been done about constant noise throughout the apartment. Management has refused to address the issue and it’s continued for month.
