It’s a beautiful place we have been living here from a long time but management keeps changing every now and then and now they suddenly increased the rent more than what they normally do. It’s a smoke free community but we can smell smoke every Now and then.

They are really trying hard to clean up the place and make it look really nice. I appreciate the effort. New furniture at the pool new equipment in the gym just to name the few

Good not great. I like it but there could be some improvements with leasing office organization. I like how quiet and peaceful it is. I wish the clubhouse was open to all residents as first come first serve instead of by rental only. Sad that an amenity was advertised as available to residents but we have to pay extra for access.

I appreciate when the complex is kept clean. I would like to have 2 parking spots for the two bedroom apartments. It would be nice to be able to use the pool table without such a high fee. An "amenity" with such a high cost is not an amenity.

If you find that you need an additional space, we do... offer extra parking for rent, with rates ranging from $75–$125 per month.
