It's over priced for what is provided. Two parking spots included instead of one. The leasing staff are helpful. There are people smoking tobacco (and...) outside our windows often. I hate it.

I very much enjoy living at Mosaic Apartments. When deciding to move here it checked all of our boxes on floor plan, parking, amenities and location. I’ve already recommended to friends! Staff is excellent to work with and were very helpful when touring and deciding to sign our lease.

Been here for a few years now there really isn’t anything negative I could say about the actual apartment complex. Just wish some of the tenants would take pride in the place and clean up after themselves. For an example, the trash rooms. They get negative reviews about it all the time and it’s not their fault. The tenants should be more conscious about cleaning up after themselves.

Mosaic Apartments has been a good place to live so at. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you all. Many of the other residents that I’ve talked with were pretty nice and friendly. It’s a good place to make home.
