I'm new and everything seems good so far. The place is clean, the amenities look nice, and the staff is friendly. I will say, when I first saw the place the hot tub was cold so I'm not sure if that was fixed.

very smooth onboarding with proper procedures. courteous staff as well who showed us the amenities and toured the place when we reached without scheduling

Leasing office is really helpful and communicative. Sandy went above and beyond by picking up a package mistakenly dropped off on our porch. She went to the other side of the building in 90 degree heat so we wouldn’t have our package at risk.
