One South Market has the worst management team that has ever existed. Basic requests fall on deaf ears and solutions take forever to get done if at all. Don't rent here, go somewhere where there is competence and a team that cares.

Cars are getting towed all the time even for long term residents - and it’s happening g because of mistakes the management staff makes. They notified the parking permit company that I moved out a year ago and I never moved out since I moved into this place a few years back.
They won’t do anything to take any responsibility for it, they won’t cover the cost and they won’t credit it toward my rent.
Electric vehicle charges haven’t been working for over a year now. I followed up endlessly... regarding this and there just no one to talk to and zero progress on this.
Also, the vehicle break ins….ahhhh
Just a horrible place to live at. Do t do this to yourself.

I’ve had a great experience at One South so far. From my initial apartment tour to move-in and every interaction with the leasing team, the process has been smooth and positive. The management team is clearly very busy, but they always do their best to assist residents and address any questions or concerns. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and welcoming, which has made me feel right at home.
