I love living here apartments. Nice maintenance is nice. The office is nice but I’m very disappointed is I got a unit next to the water with the fountains and they haven’t really worked since I’ve been here for the last six months and I’m spending a lot of money for the feature that was part of the amenities of this area. Besides that it’s a nice place to live.

Dear Canyon Woods Resident, thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry for the frustration, especially since the fountains were an important part of why you chose your home. I completely understand how disappointing it must be to not have that feature... working for so long. The issue has been with the water pump for the fountains. It unfortunately broke down, and it took longer than expected to receive the replacement. On top of that, the first replacement pump that was installed also failed, which added to the delay. We know that’s not the experience you should be having, and I truly apologize for that. The good news is that another new pump is already on the way, and as soon as it arrives, the vendor will install it right away so the fountains are finally back up and running as they should be. We really appreciate your patience through this, and it means a lot to hear that you’ve otherwise been happy living here. If there’s anything we can do for you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here for you.

I moved into canyon woods for the serene ambience it provides. The location is very convenient to shopping and for walks to the Central Park. Find it as an ideal place for a senior like me.

Tree-lined community ideally situated between a golf course and downtown San Ramon. A short walk from the Iron Horse trail and from shops and restaurants.
