Amenities are good, security feels lacking and was promised. Especially this year there has been noticeable crime. Would have loved a hot tub!

I am giving a 2 because we have complained so many times over a 5 or 6 month stretch about our upstairs neighbors. We don’t believe the original couple that rented the apartment are even there anymore. There is always strange men going in and out of the apartment. Usually not the same ones. Most are like several night sleep overs. Most of the noise starts around 10:30 at night. Dragging heavy furniture or something across the floor. Partying and singing along with laughter from the back patio.... Very disturbing.
