I’ve been living at ReNew for almost 2 years now and my experience has been a largely positive one. The units are nice enough and management is quite responsive when it comes to things that need attention. Security is present often and are pretty friendly as well. The building is pretty secure and I feel safe — and my packages are too. The people you’ll meet around the building are nice for the most part, too. I would recommend this building to family and friends — in fact I’ve already convinced... one friend to move in! :)

Been at ReNew for over 6 years now, and has been an overall good experience. Great location, great management staff, timely maintenance. Amenities like Fitness Center and Pool have been renovated. Security on the premises a lot more often to add additional safety.
Only issues to note is noise issues from time to time, and there have been two fires in the space of one months during December 2025, which provides some concern, though those are isolated incidents.

Great views and the staff are quick to respond to any issues. The community is gates and you have to badge in to get everywhere which is good for safety. Gym has just enough to get a good workout in.

I love the community here! Everyone is kind and neighborly. The amenities are also a plus. This is also a great place for dogs. It is close to public transit which makes it easy for me to commute to work.
