Just moved in so far great experience the staff is really attentive and professional the maintenance crew gets back to you quickly the apartment is super clean I love all the big trees and the sound of the train passing by

Very spacious and clean. We were told some damages were fixed but when we moved in none of them were fixed. But other than that I love the space and the area.

Very fast easy and stress free move in . So glad I picked Avery Park as my new home . Everything is new and remodeled in my apartment and I love it . It’s definitely giving a luxury feeling . It’s so comfy and definitely gives that homey feeling .
