The apartment is on. When moving into the apartment the bathroom needs to be worked on. The shower rod is crooked and might fall off. The towel rack is going to fall off if towel is pulled multiple times. The shower faucet and handle is coming off the wall. One of the bathroom door gets stuck and is hard to open. The paint is peeling off. The drawer in the kitchen is broken. Staff is nice and friendly.

I love the big redwood trees and the sound of the train passing by all the cats hanging around such a peaceful community everything is well kept

Very nice and quiet apartment community. The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Very great community, kids play well together . I’ve had issues with deliveries with Amazon leaving items in mail room but not in lockers , few items never made it to me because of this issue . Office staff really nice & maintenance quick to respond to resolve issues .
