I have been living here almost 2 years It’s peaceful and quiet. Apartment complex overall is clean and safe staff and maintenance have always been very polite and considerate and always willing to help. I appreciate everyone here. At Renew Park Blu.

The premises are quiet and neighbors are friendly. I do wish it was a gated apartment complex to prevent transients.

Overall it's a nice neighborhood. Maintenance and staff are very helpful and courteous.

It's fair, everyone stay to themselves. I love the workout space and pool area and my dog love to walk on the grass and eat it, but overall I feel it's a fair environment to love in
