I strongly advise against living here. My unit had persistent mold issues that management refused to address, despite repeated complaints. The air quality was concerning, and I worried about health effects.

On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable—thin walls, loud neighbors, and construction or mechanical noise at all hours. Management’s response was practically nonexistent; they ignored emails, dismissed complaints, and never followed up. Requests for repairs or inspections went... unanswered for weeks, leaving problems unresolved and residents frustrated.

It was clear that management did not care about residents’ safety or comfort. Living here was stressful, unhealthy, and exhausting. Enhanced amenities include enlarged pool lounging areas, outdoor bbq and tv firepit areas that can accommodate over 30 people each, underground and covered parking, proximity to city park, friendly & responsive staff and maintenance crew.

The community is clean with good amenities such as heated pool, gym, recreation area and trash pickup service.I would strongly recommend this place

Very smooth and quick application process. Was able to move in to our new place with the help of the leasing team. The maintenance team does a great job! Very clean and maintained amenities.

Avana is a great apartment complex with spacious units, great management and maintenance services. The amenities are great too.
