The apartment is maintained well and big shout out to Mr. Hristo, from maintenance team who is efficient , very supportive and quick to respond on resolving the issues. Manager Nora is patient and very helpful in providing details about the queries. I wish they remodel the windows for better insulation.

We are living in The Crossing Sunnyvale Apartment from past one year . In one year 3 times management has been changed. If something is pending with the first management , the 2ne management will say i am not aware and you have to start the process all over again. They dont maintain the paperwork and next time when you go to enquire about the issue, you find out that they have lost the earlier paper work.
Pros : 10 Rating school Laurelwood Elementery School comes in this apartment
Cons: 1.... Worst management
2. Not much place for the kids to play .
3. They have a swimming pool but it is too small to enjoy .
4. Swimming pool is very small and has a max depth of 8feet so with a very small swimming pool and with max depth of 8th , difficult with the kids .
5. No escalation process if your work is not done from the person sitting at the leasing office.
6. Follow, follow and follow for your work in leasing office.
7. Even it has gates but still there are plenty of places from where anybody can come anytime. So no uses of those gates .
Poor maintenance of landscape specially for the apartments facing Road .
