Peaceful Oasis

I love living at Flora! It's such a peaceful sanctuary compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown. You're close enough to enjoy all the action, yet far enough away to avoid the freeway noise and traffic.

Sam, our service manager, is incredible. He truly cares about the residents and does an incredible job keeping the property beautiful. He always responds so quickly to all of my service requests. Sequoia is absolutely lucky to have him! Additionally, Angela and Ashley are always so welcoming... and friendly whenever I see them around. They constantly go above and beyond for the residents and organize fantastic community events. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to call home, don't hesitate to take a tour!"

Great

Nice quiet spot and the staff are great including the maintenance guy Sam who is quick to come fix things and always talks to the other people in the complex like they are his friend.

Maintenance guys keeping this complex nice

We’ve enjoyed living at Flora and one main reason is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Joe and Sam are quick, courteous, and mechanically inclined. The grounds are clean and fixes are done correctly. Management is great but the maintenance guys are a huge part of Floras success. Give these guys a raise, they deserve it.

A perfect oasis with exceptional service in the hear of Walnut Creek

Moved at Flora in February 2025 after reading online reviews and also visiting the property. I can say that was one of the best decision I made in my life. What makes living here truly exceptional is the close proximity to the downtown Walnut Creek, well maintained property and the remarkable service by the the staff, especially Joe. Joe really is one of the best, if not the best, service technicians at the property who truly goes above and beyond in ensuring the service requests are attended to... in a timely fashion. He makes every effort in ensuring the residents’ experience living here is great. And the best part is he seamlessly does all this with a big smile on his face and a great positive attitude. If you are looking for a place to call home with great staff who thrive on exceptional service, look no further than Flora.

I have lived at flora for a few years and it's been nice having a maintenance guy that is quick and reliable, I really appreciate joe and when joe isn't around Sam always comes to the rescue- beautiful property
