Washer cost $1.50/load
Dryer cost $1.50 /load (x3!)

The washer finishes super quick, the hot water doesn’t work so your always washing cold. You need to do small loads, and even with small loads, it takes 3 drying cycles to fully dry (unless you don’t mind damp clothes).

The washer/dryer is operated by a card that you need to load. There’s only 1 machine to load the card. It’s contracted thru an... outside company and when broken will take days to come and repair. So, make sure you have enough money to finish your loads before you start washing. Read More

If I can give this apartment a zero star I would. It was my first time renting an apartment with my girlfriend. For the first month it was fine then things started going downhill… the upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy even on weekends. The flooring and roofing of the apartment were horrible. You can hear every step, creak, conversation, and drawers being opened and closed constantly from the upstairs neighbor. Second, there are so many kids riding bikes, scooters, or just chasing each... other where cars go through. Sometimes they even pop out of nowhere when you’re coming in through the front entrance. Also, parking is extremely close to each other I have gotten multiple dents and dings on my car. Thirdly, the managers are horrible… throughout my experience here I can tell you they do not care about the tenants. Someone stole from the back of my apartment and I asked if they can check the cameras to see if they can see anything suspicious. The very first thing they said was, “It is not our responsibility.” If you still do decide to live in this over-priced community I would highly recommend staying upstairs, if you have a new/nice car just know that you’re going to get multiple dings/dents, do not trust anyone in the complex, and beware of the kids playing all over the apartment.
