Been here a little over 3 months now and so far it has been a wonderful place. Still has good energy and is fairly quiet, even though our place faces 10th Ave.

I’ve only been a resident for about a week, but so far my experience has been positive. The move-in process was fast and easy, the community is clean and well maintained, and management has been responsive and welcoming. I’m still settling in, but everything so far has met my expectations!

Living at Deer Crest has been a very positive experience for us. We have lived here almost three years and have no plans to move.
The management, Jennifer and Brandi, are exceptional. They are friendly and professional. They always make residents feel welcome.and are always available for questions or concerns.
The Maintenance Team responds very quickly to work orders and are very knowledgeable. The person who takes care of the grounds, Lance, is always visible and takes is... exceptional in keeping our grounds clean and beautiful. He always stops to smile and Greet us when we pass by him.
I would definitely highly recommend Deer Crest as a wonderful community to call home.

Love the staff, the apartment and just the environment is always clean and welcoming and it’s comforting! All the staff is very dedicated to their jobs and i love that because who wants to have fun but also do their job at the same time am i right
