Pretty good experience haven’t had too many issues. Nice neighbors, friendly maintenance staff. Not sure about the new office staff because I haven’t met them yet but so far no issues

Property is generally nice, but I moved in with one of our showers only dispensing burning hot water unsafe to shower with. Even after a maintenance request, two weeks of waiting, and multiple trips to the office filled with false reassurances, the shower has still not been fixed. Very disappointing.

Run down and getting worse

I've been here for about 4 years now and while it's been run down it is getting progressively worse. The buildings are losing insulation, stairs are rusting and there are foundation cracks all over the property. The gates don't work but that's OK because they don't tell you how to even let guests through. The parking lot is a nightmare and will cause your vehicle damage. Getting maintenance to do anything seems to be impossible. I've needed a new disposal and AC maintenance for about a year to... no avail. Work orders were submitted and I've heard nothing. The furniture from previously evicted tenants is left sitting in the parking lot for over a month and there are littering abandoned mattresses at several points across the property. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
