My recent Google review update added to the bottom of the review, not replace:

UPDATE March 2026: (Change to 4-Star): Maintenance has significantly improved. Some repairs take only 24 hours. The rest of the repairs will take less than a week. I was able to install the gas detector myself.
However, the gates are still an issue, and the potholes have returned. The parking lot should be repaved rather than simply having holes filled. There is still no lighting at the entrance to the complex,...
making it difficult to locate the property on the dark road.

Great location. Access to everything you could want or need. Close to the rail for easy transportation to downtown Denver or the airport. Communication with the office needs some improvement but when you can reach them they are very helpful.

We really enjoy living here. All the neighbors have been very friendly. We were also happy when the email was sent out to pick up after your animals. We love how dog friendly it is here because we love dogsit and there are so many dog stations and trash cans to put the dog poop in which is great and hopefully more people start using them.
