Please fix the mailbox…
It has been more than 3 months the mail box has been ripped off the wall and most mail are exposed or not secure. Most of the time I found my mail on the ground and the mailbox looks like it has been violated by someone…

Complex is well maintained, clean and friendly residents. I love that vallet trash is offered and all amenities are outstanding. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Overall our experience here at mountain stone heritage has been far from any negativity. Happy to be a resident in this community

Everything is generally going well. Trashy balconies need to be addressed because it makes the whole property look trashy. Also there is a perfectly good gate the leads to the rec center and city hall that has been chained up causeing people to bedn and break the fence in the back. Just take the chains off they are useless if the goal was to keep people out... Heck the front gates barely work PLEASE
