Run down and getting worse

I've been here for about 4 years now and while it's been run down it is getting progressively worse. The buildings are losing insulation, stairs are rusting and there are foundation cracks all over the property. The gates don't work but that's OK because they don't tell you how to even let guests through. The parking lot is a nightmare and will cause your vehicle damage. Getting maintenance to do anything seems to be impossible. I've needed a new disposal and AC maintenance for about a year to... no avail. Work orders were submitted and I've heard nothing. The furniture from previously evicted tenants is left sitting in the parking lot for over a month and there are littering abandoned mattresses at several points across the property. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Things generally get dealt with but take forever. Rent will be turned in on time on the first, but still get accused of late rent and not turning it in a week later.

Potholes have yet to be addressed. Trash cans throughout the complex are overflowing. Management just doesn't care about the look of the property. VERY poorly managed. At one time I actually was proud to live here!!

Well I was very appreciative how they accommodated for me to move in early. But then in the apartment there were so many things wrong and it has been taken time for them to fix it which doesn't make me happy. We told them on Monday first thing and here it is Thursday and nobody has been in there yet.
