There is one maintenance guy we like, but the front office is full of irresponsible children who do not know proper respectful communication like mature adults.

Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the few neighbors we have met have been very welcoming. One neighbor even gave us a plant.
