No complaints. Front office staff are very nice and helpful. My neighbors seem nice. It's definitely been the easiest and problem free move in I've ever experienced. So far we love it and think we made an awesome choice.

Other than the buildings being old and poorly maintained, the biggest problems include the homeless people who break into our laundry room to do drugs (a child had to be hospitalized from fentanyl contamination) and broken glass everywhere including the on the poorly maintained playground and surrounding walkways. It is unfortunate that other tenants do not feel a sense of pride or respect for their community and that management allows the property to stay trashed for weeks on end. They also do... not do anything about the homeless drug users even though they are aware of the property damage and issues with safety regarding them.

Been waiting for a while for our garbage disposal to be fixed. And I feel if the company that sprays for bugs has to come every week there might be something wrong. I I still love living here. I I would also like to know if the fitness centre is possibly going to get an upgrade a lot of the équipement is broken.

I’m leaving in this apartment now
The rent is too high
And the maintenance service is very slow if you have a problem and call them they took like 20 days to respond
