I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have had no problems since living here well maybe a couple problems with my apartment but that's pretty much with a lot of apartments and honestly it's probably one of the best places I've lived at the office staff is always very helpful. And I couldn't imagine living anywhere else

Not in the best condition and everything takes forever to get fixed. Management in office is all over the place. Trash piles everywhere on property.

Beautiful place to stay, peaceful and if you love the sound of birds in the morning, you'll hear plenty here!! Rent is pretty low for the amount of add ins there are, such as a pool, dog park, club room and a gym.
Although I have had a few rare sightings of roaches, usually 1 within a few weeks, I mainly see them when I forget to clean..as long as you stay clean you won't see any. Also maintenance is slow about responding to requests, but besides that it's a wonderful place to stay.

Veronica and the rest of the leasing office are very welcoming willing to help. However don’t expect things to get fixed quickly. The complex need a total upgrade. Things in the apartment are falling apart, walls so thin you can hear a sneeze coming from upstairs. If you want affordable rent and don’t mind how rundown the place looks this is the place is for you. A perk besides affordable rent is the area, you’re close to downtown, 3 mins from the supermarket, auto shops and a bowling alley is... cool to have close by.
