My moving experience was great above Elizabeth went over and beyond for me I’m grateful. My living experience has been great. The gym is great as well are the both pools

Ac hasn’t worked in the 4 summers we’ve lived here. They’ll have maintenance come look twice at the start then hire a contractor to “fix” it. Still doesn’t work. Just back and forth between them all season.

The cardio equipment in the gym hasn’t worked in that time either, but they’ll still show it off. We’ve asked to have it replaced but it hasn’t.

Only reason to sign a lease here is the price

Cars speed through , almost hit my child. People fly up one way seriously almost going head on with you! Grounds don't have a single spot without poop on them, its gotten so bad , I fear my children playing outside at a home we have lived almost 6 years :( Super sad what this property has become in the last few months !

We moved in three weeks ago and initially loved living here. Emerald, Laurie, and Sophia in the leasing office were wonderful and made our move-in process smooth. However, our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. We reported on our move-in checklist that one of our exterior doors doesn't lock and has no security bar, making it accessible to anyone. Three weeks later, it still hasn't been fixed. Then our refrigerator failed, causing us to lose all of our groceries. Emergency... maintenance made temporary repairs, but it stopped working again. Maintenance attempted another repair which stopped working.When I called the leasing office, the employee I spoke with was dismissive, showed no empathy, and told me that neither a broken refrigerator nor an unsecured exterior door was a priority. The property stinks and there’s dog poop everywhere. Theres a wall that’s been down for months that a garbage truck took out that looks trashy
