I really like this community. The area is really quite and peaceful. The area has alot of stuff to do and very close. I can't wait until summer for the pool to open

I like living here, but there are some issues. First the steps to get into our apartment are really hard to navigate, when some one is elderly and mobility challenged, the hand rail is too wide and the steps are too steep even for me and I'm not mobility challenged. Second the parking lot is terrible and the handicap spaces are not wide enough. Parking is terrible and people don't have parking stickers, and don't get towed. With the limited parking spaces infront of my building its really... frustrating to have to park farther away, especially with someone that is mobility challenged. I really do like living here, its not perfect, but really there are no places that are perfect. For the most part its an ok place to live

Overall nice location close to everything, good amenities, and pretty quiet. Maintenance is fairly responsive for big issues. Management sometimes gives lack luster responses to concerns, such as “people keep stealing it, so we just aren’t going to replace it” and “my package disappeared too, it happens. LOL”.

The front office plans fun events sometimes, but mostly for kids. The Maintence workers are very friendly. The location is great because the apartment complex is so close to 6th.
