The space features a comfortable bed with a stylish tufted headboard, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in, roll-in shower complete with multiple grab bars and a built-in seat for accessibility, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Essentials such as an iron, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a portable heater and fan to customize your comfort. Safety features include a first aid kit, carbon monoxide alarm, and smoke alarm. A ceiling fan and clothing storage are also included.
Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee of $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets are accepted per booking. Service animals are accepted at no charge or hold if registered with the city.

As a beautifully preserved historic property, the building has some quirks. The plumbing is sensitive; please only flush toilet paper. The building's central heating may be less powerful in winter; a portable heater is provided in your room for added warmth. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. A $500 charge may apply for smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises. A $5,000 charge may apply for excessive wear and tear due to unruly behavior. A $500 fine may be incurred in the event of police involvement due to disturbances. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per hour. On-site assistance after regular hours, including lockouts, will incur a $200 service charge. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied if trash is left in the hallway. The host is not responsible for power, water, gas, or Internet outages. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
