This east-facing apartment offers a great mix of old-school charm with hardwood floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, combined with a modern style featuring a renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. The apartment includes one bedroom and a sunroom off the living room, ideal for use as an office or reading room.
This apartment offers shared, free laundry in the basement, accessed from the backyard stairwell. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building.
Parking is available in the backyard with three first-come-first-serve spaces in our parking lot off the alley, with a limit of one car per apartment in the lot. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month.

This is a dog-friendly property, but cats are not allowed. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes.
