As the home is located in a residential neighborhood, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors and maintaining a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere during your stay. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping inside or on balconies. Pets are only allowed with prior approval with a fee of $50 per pet, per stay; unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee. Extra or unregistered guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per day. Late checkout (after 15 minutes) will incur a fee of $55 per hour. A lost key, fob, or parking pass will incur a fee of $200.
