Commercial photography or videography on the property is not permitted without prior written approval. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000 per piece of media published in violation of this rule. Any late check-outs that are not approved in advance will result in a fine of up to $500. There are security cameras installed outside of the home, and tampering with, obscuring, or otherwise prohibiting the cameras from working properly will result in a fine of up to $1000.
