I’ve loved living so close to both DuPont and Georgetown! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with some great neighborhood restaurants and shops.

I have lived at Highbridge for over a year, moving from another Georgetown property. The apartments are beautiful, everything still feels brand new, and I have had NO problems - which I'm amazed by. Most of all, the property management team and staff at Highbridge are incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and get to know you. If I didn't have to leave I wouldn't!

I have been living at The Highbridge for more than one year. During this time I have never had any issue with my apartment. All the areas are always very well maintained and spotless. Any problem they solve it really fast. The concierge, maintenance and cleaning crew are amazing and always friendly. During this COVID period, they go over to make the tenants feel safe using the common areas, even the coffee bar. The community is really quiet and that has make it easier to work from home.

My partner and I moved to the Highbridge a month ago, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Especially compared to our previous apartment, where management was inattentive and the amenities were lacking, the Highbridge has been a breath of fresh air. The people who work in the management office are lovely and always willing to help, and the amenities offered (gorgeous lobby, lounge, business center, large gym, quiet courtyard, monthly events, and more) are even better than we expected... when we signed our lease. And of course, most importantly, our apartment (a studio that feels more like a one bedroom) is very clean with a great layout that has allowed us to fit all of our furniture without feeling too cramped. The location is also great, being in a quiet part of Georgetown but incredibly close to Dupont Circle. Would definitely recommend!
