Lived here a few years ago for over a year. Never had any problems. Quiet, quaint, feels secluded and safe especially in the back part of the property. The buildings are older and no frills. Shout out to the manager Cari and the maintenance team, they were always prompt and professional.

Stay away. Run from this disgraceful apartment. Buildings very old, rooms very small. The leasing manager is very unprofessional and rude.I wanted to give them negative stars but you can’t give less than one star. There are newer and better apartment complexes nearby. Don’t waste your money and time here. You gonna regret it.

Quiet neighborhood just a short distance from Old Town Manassas. Management is active and very responsive. Some minor issues with the apartments due to age (building are over 30 years old) but are acceptable.
Best location in the community is on the back side and upstairs in each building. Very quiet, almost secluded.
I highly recommend this complex.
