Battery Heights Apartments

My experience at Battery Heights Apartments has been extremely positive. I doubt I could find a better place to live at this price. The apartments are definitely older, the appliances are dated and the design is not modern. However, the apartments are well maintained, and the appliances still work very well. The grounds are attractive and well maintained also.

The staff are all friendly and responsive to any requests. I have only had one minor maintenance issue and it was resolved on the same... day. The gym is small, but otherwise fine. The pool is also nice. There is plenty of parking and I especially like that the parking spaces are very wide. The community is family friendly with occasional kid focused events like egg hunts and pool parties.

The apartments are close to nearby shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants - many are within walking distance. There is also a small park, Mayfield Fort, right next to the apartments which is perfect for short walks/jogs, picnics, and playing outside.

Overall, I highly recommend Battery Heights as an affordable option in Manassas. I have loved living here and feel grateful to have found this community when I was moving to the area! Read More

Ideal living area with shops and stores well in reach....but minimal improvement with apartment over the past seven years and rent has climbed each year..no new carpet or paint touch up, all appliances are the same at least over ten years old. Will move once I buy a house

I moved to Battery Heights almost four years ago and my husband lived here for two years prior. I wouldn't chose to live anywhere else in this area. The apartments are very nice and well maintained by the management staff (who are also super nice and helpful) with quarterly inspections and filter changes. Anytime we have had an issue the maintenance people were here pronto and our issues resolved. We are in a top floor unit, the stairs can be a killer, but we have a spectacular view from our... balcony and its a bonus to have the vaulted ceilings. The complex is centrally located near a ton of shopping and restaurants and its a stroll to Old Town Manassas. Parking is a plus (there is ample space, I will admit I am bummed when I can't get a front row spot at my building but I never can't find a spot close by). At first wheb we moved in, it was all carpet but now that it is all hard wood it is beautiful. We are also on the fourth floor so there is nice high ceilings. The downfall Is that the air or heat is not correct through the house and one side is always hot and the other is always cold.
