One of the most important aspects of our current world is value, in a environment of high prices and uncertainty we all look deeper at where we spend our funds, quality value has now become very important when considering a purchase, When you first walk into the leasing area at Avana Coachman you are greeted by the most pristine pool, designed in a laid back way with many little spots to sit with your family and friends or a good book and enjoy the refreshing water, or a relaxing dip in the Hot... Tub, entering the office is like stepping into a Luxe superior quality home design page, staffed by very intelligent and friendly workers this has what you are looking for, that extra quality value is everywhere, I have lived here 10 years and look forward to seeing what the staff here has for us next, events, pizza parties, free breakfasts, this is that place with the extra value you deserve.

I am on my fourth year, here at Avana Coachman Apartments.
My apartments design is very functional to my living style, and furnished quite easily with my taste in comfort and amenitites.
The grounds are well kept, the front desk staff are top notch, any maintenance is usually resolved within a day or two, and I always feel safe walking around the community.
Something memorable for me: On my first visit to inquire on availability, an elderly female resident turned in her chair and said, "You're...
going to love it here."
One has to decide the best place for where you wish to reside, and for me - it is here at Avana Coachman.

I’ve really enjoyed living here—the community is clean, well-kept, and the management team has been helpful and responsive.

One issue I’ve noticed is that some residents park 3 vehicles, which makes parking more limited for others, especially during busy times. It would be great if this could be addressed.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d still recommend living here!
