The person on May 30th obviously doesn’t realize rent will be higher at a nice place..like hello. ANYWAY the staff has been courteous and quick to act when any problem arises. The manager Rudi is a gem, try’s to work out problems quickly and absolute professional. Honestly would let him date my daughter, that’s how much I enjoyed dealing with him. Seriously though good for him and how they operate.

This is my first time touring YAL, and I can say without hesitation that it was absolutely stunning! Largely due to the very attentive and knowledgeable management team, led by Mr. Rudi. Since I have lived here, there are more activities. For example, we are having food trucks stop by.

Ive had a wonderful experience living here. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers beautiful lake views every day. The home is comfortable, spacious, and feels like a true retreat while still being close to everything I need. The management/owner has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable place to call home.

I have met some amazing ppl while living here, this is such a convenient location with kind neighbors that actully look out for you! Management has been very helpful and readily available whenever I call or email!
