Moved here two months ago...

and they still haven't addressed how none of the wall amenities (phone/internet ports) aren't wired! Didn't realize I needed to get an electrician for an apartment!?

The phone and internet wiring in the apartment is... managed by the service providers, and they are best equipped to troubleshoot and activate the wall ports if needed. I have had a very positive experience at Tens on West. The leasing office has always been supportive, welcoming, and attentive whenever I need help or information. They consistently go above and beyond for residents, and I really appreciate how proactive they are in planning events and creating opportunities that bring the community together. The property is clean, the maintenance team is professional and responsive, the security is strong and reliable, and the concierge service is always kind... and helpful. The leasing office team is truly outstanding—Jasmine in particular was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. The common areas are always spotless and consistently smell great, which makes the building feel welcoming and well cared for. I also really appreciate how organized everything is; there’s a clear process in place for almost everything, which makes day-to-day living extremely convenient. On top of that, the restricted access gives me a strong sense of security and peace of... mind.
