Property Management

Newest property management team is doing a great job! I have lived here 18 years, so we have been through several owners and property managers in that time. Believe me, the current team is far better than any previous. They really try hard to take care of the property and address the tenant's needs. When Building 7 recently had a fire and flood, they were right there throughout the evening making sure we were okay. In the weeks following this incident, they worked long hours to get tenants... moved into new units.

On behalf of my family, many, many thanks to the wonderful team at Aqua at Sandy Springs for providing us with an absolutely memorable tour. We loved the outdoor areas (pool, playground, etc.) and my wife was delighted with the size of the walk-in closets. Aqua at Sandy Springs is now at the very top of our shortlist, and we can’t wait for the possibility of calling it home!

Moving from South Carolina to Atlanta was a big transition for me, but Nico and Jennifer made me feel so welcomed! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. They’re so friendly, and respectful.! And overall they’re understanding! So excited to be apart of the neighborhood!

Very professional!

I usually don't write reviews when apartment hunting but the staff at Aqua were very helpful and professional. Jennifer made sure all my questions were answered very thoroughly and courteous about the leasing process/guidelines pertaining to the property.

The Staff at Aqua Sandy Springs were awesome “ Savannah, Nico and Jennifer”. My family and I toured the place and instantly fell in love. The pricing is great and low for the area. Looking forward to our new home.
