Living at Avana on Main since 2024 has been a fantastic experience. The management and staff are highly professional, welcoming, and always quick to help. When our stove recently stopped working, the team went above and beyond—Kayla from the office kept us updated, and we had a brand-new appliance installed the very next day! You can always count on this team to take care of you quickly and professionally. Highly recommend calling this community home!

I’ve had a fantastic experience calling Avana on Main home! Particularly the new B3.
The leasing team is incredible—AnnaMarie expertly navigated my early unit changes, and Kayla gave a wonderful, welcoming tour.
I absolutely love the gym, pool, the workspaces, the visible security, and the unbeatable commute right by Lindbergh station.
While I'd love to see them consolidate their resident services/software into one app to reduce emails, the pros here outweigh. A truly spectacular community!

I’ve been living at Avana on Main for the past few months, and my experience has been nothing short of great. The apartments are nice, the amenities are well maintained, and the views are beautiful. What stands out the most is the kind and responsive service team, they are always quick to help, which really makes a difference. The gym is also a huge plus for me, very well equipped and one of my favorite parts of living here. Overall, it has truly felt like a great place to call home.

Excellent Move-In Experience & Outstanding Support

I recently moved into my new apartment, and the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as presented during the tour. The community itself is wonderful—great neighborhood, excellent amenities, and a location that makes day-to-day living incredibly convenient.

A special appreciation goes to Jaimaya, who has been exceptional from the very beginning. She guided me through the tour,... leasing steps, and every detail in between with professionalism and genuine care. Her proactive follow-ups, clear communication, and patience in addressing all my questions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The apartment complex is beautiful and I hope it stays that way. The security makes consistent patrols which i recognize on my Ring camera. The MARTA next door is a bonus bc my trip downtown is consistently a 10 min ride. I love it!!!
