Tengo 7 años viviendo aquí el servicio de mantenimiento es excelente la propiedad siempre esta limpia tenemos un excelente Compañía de seguridad 24/7 la manger de la propiedad es una excelente persona amable carinosa siempre ayuda i love me gustaría tener esta misma manager en avanna on main por mucho tiempo las sra de lease oficina hay 2 dos amable ayuda pero hay una en especiall que tiene mal attitude no es amable pasa caminando por mi y nunca saluda yo me siempre como que yo trabajo para ella... nose porque porque ella tiene mucho tiempo trabajando para nosotros

I love living on avana on main, the neighborhood is amazing, the staffs such as the maintenance guys and guards are the best , everybody is nice and nobody bothering you I’ve already got one person to move in here and wound definitely keep recommending let’s not forget to mention how safe and secured I feel it’s so much guards on the premises.

When our stove recently stopped working, the team went above and beyond—Kayla from the office kept us updated, and we had a brand-new appliance installed the very next day! I’ve had a fantastic experience calling Avana on Main home! Particularly the new B3.
The leasing team is incredible—AnnaMarie expertly navigated my early unit changes, and Kayla gave a wonderful, welcoming tour.
I absolutely love the gym, pool, the workspaces, the visible security, and the unbeatable commute right by Lindbergh station.
While I'd love to see them consolidate their resident services/software into one app to reduce emails, the pros here outweigh. A truly spectacular community!
