Cortland at Armour Yards

I am currently experiencing significant floor creaking and movement noise from the unit above me at all hours of the day even at midnight. The noise is loud enough to clearly hear footsteps and bed movement and is always waking me from my sleep. This was not an issue when I first moved in and has recently started within the last few weeks. My own floors do not creak, which is why this seems unusual and more noticeable. The grounds are well kept. The Maintenance Staff is top-notch, friendly, quick to respond, and resolve issues quicker than expected. The Staff is graceful, warm and inviting. I enjoy just talking to them. They are great listeners, as well, particularly Velvet and Odarri.

As stated, new management (or the new team), has been doing a really great job with renovations, up keeping the property, communicating with the tenants as well as holding the tenants accountable. The apartments are in a great location, therefore it’s understandable that they would like the community to be in great living conditions. We feel secure now that the gate has been functioning in the manner it should be and I’ve also noticed the side entry gate of our building has been very secure, as... opposed to being unsecured (all of the time), when we first moved here. I love that we can walk into the garages and not see random people walking around. I think this is new management or new people because suddenly, we started noticing good but subtle changes. I have lived in Atlanta for 10 years. I enjoy living at Cortland at Armour Yards. The location is prime. The beltline is within walking distance to Ansley Mall. The staff is very friendly and they are thorough and informative and very kind. I have never had any issues and I have never felt unsafe. I rarely see anyone everyone here minds their business and everyone here is polite. I would definitely recommend especially with the new renovations. Keep up the great work!

I’ve lived here for a while now, and I have to say the difference between the old management and the new team is like night and day. Before the change, things were honestly pretty rough — maintenance requests would take forever, communication was poor, and the overall upkeep of the property just wasn’t where it needed to be. Since the new management took over, I’ve already noticed a lot of improvements. They’ve been more responsive, maintenance issues are being handled faster, and you can tell... they’re really trying to turn things around. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s clear they’re heading in the right direction and actually care about making this a better place to live.
