Cortland at Buckhead Village

The on-site office staff has been consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and service requests, making living here unnecessarily frustrating. The amenities and overall building conditions have noticeably declined — many areas are poorly maintained, dirty, or simply neglected. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I was skeptical when Cortland first came on as management but not anymore. It been nonstop improvements, high quality community events, and professional level cleanliness throughout the building. Living here is quiet and relaxing with beautiful views and a pet friendly environment. It’s also in walking distance to a ton of great food and shopping (granted I haven’t taken part in trying it all yet). I’d say it’s worth the money to live here.

The leasing agents are nice. The apartment inside is nice. The building is not up to par.

The amenities are very good, but the building itself is poorly managed.

If you hate traffic, don’t move here. There is always traffic on the elevators! They have 4, but or 3 won’t work and you will always be late everywhere you go. However they have amazing amenities and a great team of people working on the leasing office.
