I needed a “home away from home” to work in the city. Peachtree Battle Cortland has provided a wonderful place I can call home during the week. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move into Buckhead.

Horrible Experience. They have all these extra fees they add on every month. Over and above the rent. Plus the quality of the tenant experience goes down . Level of type of tenants has gone down from when we originally moved in. No rules enforced

Living at Cortland Peachtree Battle has been one of my most enjoyable experiences. The leasing team is amazing, friendly and accommodating. My apartment is cozy and I can sleep in peace every night due to the low noise levels at this property. I love everything about this community especially the neighborhood.

Great location but overpriced. New owners upgrading building and services. Was a mess under old owners.

The maintenance and office staff are generally responsive and nice. I would like to better understand the hours of availability for the fitness center. It was locked one morning before the workday began. The new equipment is nice.
