This is my first ever apartment and I love it. All the fees are showed before hand and nothing changes within the leasing period. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The community is extremely nice and quiet.

I've been a tenant here for almost 3 years and I can say that the 200 block is a great place to live. I pray a lot and I know The Lord answers my prayers. I can say that Team Cortland are a great crew and listens to their tenants concerns. Keep up the great work The Pointe and Stockbridge.
