The apartment is fine as long as you don’t live by the interstate and you are done with the move-in process. Maintenance is great but leasing office can be unhelpful

Elan Madison Yards has been a great place to call home at this stage in my life. I love my apartment, the walkable location, and the sense of community here, and I genuinely appreciate how the maintenance team responds quickly and professionally whenever I need something. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a lot of potential, and with a few improvements in management practices, it could easily be one of the standout communities in the city.

For the first 3 years of me living here at Elan Madison, I thought it was the best place to live and typically me, I spread the word on my social media accounts and to friends and family but then last year I had an unfortunate and unnecessary bad experience with management which has left a very bad taste in my mouth, justifiably so! I will just leave it at that.
