My concerns regarding upper and regional management—particularly the need to balance financial and operational considerations with individual resident circumstances, consistent follow-through, and accountability—have affected my overall assessment of EMY. At this time, based on my experience with unresolved concerns and commitments that I believe have not been adequately addressed, I would not recommend EMY to a friend or family member. I remain open to reconsidering this assessment should these... matters be appropriately and satisfactorily resolved.

Well, I honestly don’t have many negatives about EMY from the Leasing POV. The Leasing agents are always Personable, friendly & cool. They Enjoy The community’s events & I think it’s awesome to still feel invited every event I choose to attend. Agents 10/10. Would highly recommend! ??????
